Features

Negative keywords you'd have picked yourself

The judgement is the product. Everything else exists so you can trust it enough to leave running.

Context

Every term, read against your account

Each search term is judged against your keywords, your landing pages and the negative lists you already run — so the call is about your business, not a generic blocklist. Brand terms and their misspellings are never proposed, and anything conflicting with a keyword you actively bid on is caught before it reaches you.

Control

Nothing goes live until you say so

Proposed negatives are selected and availabe for review in your account and sent to you via email. Nothing reaches your account until you confirm, and you can leave it that way forever. Every applied negative is logged with what it was, when it went live and which review proposed it — changed your mind, revert it from the same screen.

Autopilot

Hand it the schedule when you're ready

Put reviews on a schedule and let them run and apply on their own. It's per account, so a new account can stay in review mode while a proven one runs itself. You only pay for terms the AI actually reads — the cheap checks rule most of them out first, and reviews pause at your allowance rather than surprising you.

Reporting

A week of waste, in one picture

Every review logs what it blocked and what that spend would have cost, so the week adds itself up while you're not looking. Nothing here needs checking daily — at the end of it there's one figure you can send to a client or a boss, with the terms read and the negatives applied behind it, and what reading them drew from your allowance.

The result

Cleaner traffic on autopilot

The clean score is the share of your spend that reached terms worth paying for. It climbs on its own as blocked terms stop triggering, which makes it the one figure worth checking after a review — and the one that tells you when the account no longer needs you.

91

Excellent

91% of last month's spend went to terms worth paying for. The rest is already blocked.

The accounts this was built on

Search Term Pro started as an afternoon a week on the accounts below: reading their search terms by hand and writing the negatives. The software is that judgement, without the afternoon.

FAQ

The questions worth asking first

What do I get for free?

1,000 search-term credits when you sign up, no card. A free account connects one ad account and reviews the last 24 hours of its search terms, on Claude Opus 4.8 — the same model a paid account defaults to. A plan lifts all three limits: as many accounts as you like, any timeframe up to six months, and your pick of model.

Will it change my account without asking?

No. Review mode is the default: proposals wait for your approval, and you can leave it that way permanently. Scheduled auto-apply exists, but it's per account and off until you turn it on.

What if it proposes something wrong?

Every applied negative is logged and reversible from the same screen — one click puts it back. Brand terms, their misspellings, and anything conflicting with a keyword you actively bid on are held back before they ever reach you.

What counts against my allowance?

Only the search terms the AI actually reviews. Terms ruled out by the cheap checks first — already negative, already converting, duplicates — cost nothing.

What happens when I run out?

Reviews pause and you're emailed. They resume on the next cycle, or you can move up a plan straight away — an upgrade credits the difference immediately rather than making you wait for renewal.

Do unused terms roll over?

No. Each cycle sets your allowance back to the plan you're on. That's also why upgrading mid-cycle only charges the difference for the days remaining.

Which AI model reviews the terms?

You pick it in settings. Paid accounts can run Claude Opus 4.8 (the default), Fable 5, Sonnet 5 or Haiku 4.5, or GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini — and the choice sets what a credit buys, from three hundredths of a credit per term on GPT-4o mini, through a fifth on Haiku, up to two on Fable. Free accounts run Claude Opus 4.8 too: the trial is the same review a paid account gets, on the same model, just fewer terms of it. What paying adds is the choice of model, and the prompt, timeframe and accounts to point it at. You can also connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and pay your provider directly.
